As Chief Executive Office and founder of Success Business Services, Michael acts as a Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor, working closely with both buyers and sellers.

Michael has a strong entrepreneurial track record. Before establishing Success Business Services, Michael founded, and later sold, three other successful businesses. Michael has extensive sales, marketing and business development experience with companies of all sizes ~ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Michael holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. He also holds an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland, where Michael graduated at the top of his class, earning a perfect 4.0 average, from the college’s Executive MBA program. Michael is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma and Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Societies.

Brian MacMillan
Managing Director

Brian MacMillan has been with Success Business Services since the company’s inception. Brian is a seasoned advisor, with particular expertise in the area of financial analysis. Customers appreciate Brian’s attention to detail and sincere interest in helping them accomplish their goals.

Brian’s professional accomplishments include the successful start-up and sale of several businesses. His strong management and consulting experience stem from his years working with Fortune 500 companies, and lend well to his current role. Brian brings great expertise in the areas of sales, business development and operations. Brian specializes in the creation and analysis of the deal structure for each transaction.

Brian is a graduate of Salisbury University, where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration.
